Get ready, health. moves. minds. is launching this August!
Arizona Health and Physical Education is excited to partner with SHAPE America to introduce health. moves. minds. This program teaches our young people how to take care of their MIND & BODY while developing those ever important character traits such as kindness, compassion and empathy.
It includes skill based and standards based classroom, Physical Education, health and EVENT resources for teachers and schools as well as a fundraising component that has HUGE benefits to our school community.
Schools are seeing our youth dealing with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Let’s give our youth the resources to cope with societal pressures, bullying and other sources of stress.
