Dr. Seth Eckler

 

 

“Dr. Seth Eckler is a former Primary and Secondary Physical Educator and current Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Louisville. He currently serves as the Co-Program Director for the Physical Education Teacher Education Preparation Program and the Program Director for the university’s Athletic Coaching minor. Dr. Eckler plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of educators and coaches. His passion for promoting physical well-being and fostering a love for movement is evident through his commitment to these educational programs.

Beyond the academic realm, Dr. Eckler finds fulfillment in family life. As a proud father of three active boys – Tatum, Jack and Ike – he embraces the joys and challenges of parenthood. Alongside his professional pursuits, Dr. Eckler is a devoted husband to a beautiful wife, Shelly.
